You get to select the days and times for our session. Please email to make sure the timeframe you need is available

Session Package

• All personal training packages include 10 sessions.

• Sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged.

Rescheduling & Life Changes

• I understand life happens—jobs, family, and schedules can change.

• If you need to pause your sessions, you have 30 days from the date you stopped attending to resume and complete your remaining sessions.

Communication

• If I do not hear from you within 30 days, all unused sessions will be considered forfeited and marked as completed.

• Communication is key! Please keep me updated if something changes so we can work together to keep you on track.

No-Show & Late Cancel Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your session.

• Any missed sessions without notice will count as used.

Non-Transferable

• Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client.

Birthday Perk Policy🎉

• Every client receives 3 free training days during their birthday month 

• These 3 free days must be used within the same birthday month.

• If your birthday has passed and you were unable to attend due to your schedule or personal circumstances, the free days do not roll over to the next month.
